Our products include free delivery, i.e. the shipping costs are built into the product price, so there’s no extra shipping costs!
We accept credit card payments and use Stripe to process your payment. We don’t ever see your credit card details ourselves. We do not accept PayPal as it is not compatible with some of our products (i.e. doppler hires where a monthly billing subscription is set up).
We know that all our customers are anxious to get their orders ASAP. We deliver using Express shipping, and so delivery should take one to two business days unless you are rural.
If you’ve hired a TENS machine or doppler, when you’re ready to return your hire, just visit the ‘RETURN’ page. Your prepaid return label is included in your hire, so you can choose to have a courier pick-up your return from you, or to lodge over the counter at your local post office. If you’d like a courier to pick-up you return, just let us know which date so we can organise this for you.
