Lots of our products have free delivery, i.e. the shipping costs are built into the product price. Otherwise we have a low fee of $7 to cover shipping.
We accept credit card payments and use Stripe to process your payment. We don’t ever see your credit card details ourselves. We do not accept PayPal as it is not compatible with some of our products (i.e. doppler hires where a monthly billing subscription is set up).
We know that all our customers are anxious to get their orders asap. We deliver using express shipping, and so delivery should take one business day unless you are very rural. Please be aware that the cutoff for orders to be sent out each day is 2pm, so orders received after then won’t be dispatched until the next business day.
If you’ve hired a TENS machine, doppler or breast pump from us, then once your hire period is up or you’re ready to return, just visit the ‘RETURN’ page to organise getting a prepaid label to return your hire.
